Duties • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications., • Butcher and prepare meats, including chicken and steak, ensuring proper portioning, trimming, and storage., • Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations., • Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of all meals., • Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; must be capable of using knives and slicing equipment with proper PPE., • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including food prep areas, cooking stations, and equipment.
