KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries and bread, • Carrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen, • Baking recipes and preparing all desserts, • General Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner), • Preparing all needed materials and ingredients, • Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries, • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen, • General knowledge of production methods and organization of bread production, • Must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking, • Ensuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests, • Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner, • Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low, • Complete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste, • Perform other related duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, quality program, • Knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedure, • Ability to work weekends and holidays., • Food safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA), • Confectionery/Foods major recommended, • Food Handler's Certificate, preferred, • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, • Ability to multi-task, • Multiple priority management abilities, • Feedback is a gift! This role requires speed, focus, communication, and strong attention to detail. You will work closely with kitchen stations, dispatch, and delivery teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Read and verify every ticket before an order is packed or sent., • Match food items, modifiers, sauces, sides, utensils, drinks, and add-ons to each ticket., • Check food for accuracy, freshness, portioning, temperature, and presentation., • Bag, label, seal, and organize orders according to brand standards., • Communicate clearly with kitchen stations, dispatch, and team members., • Call out missing, delayed, or incorrect items before they leave the kitchen., • Monitor order flow and help keep tickets moving during busy periods., • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized expo station., • Follow food safety, sanitation, and packaging standards., • Support the team during high-volume service. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced PM Cook / Wok Cook to prepare food, run the kitchen line, and support closing operations. The ideal candidate has strong wok experience and is reliable, fast, clean, and comfortable working in a busy fast-casual restaurant. Responsibilities · Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portions, and quality standards. · Cook proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces using wok techniques as needed. · Set up and maintain the PM line with proper mise en place, labeling, and restocking. · Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature, and storage standards. · Complete closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, labeling, and end-of-shift restock. · Communicate low stock, quality issues, or equipment problems to the manager. · Support teammates with prep, packing, dishwashing, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
