Position Summary We are looking for an experienced PM Cook / Wok Cook to prepare food, run the kitchen line, and support closing operations. The ideal candidate has strong wok experience and is reliable, fast, clean, and comfortable working in a busy fast-casual restaurant. Our line cooks work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen preparing burgers, fries, chicken, shakes, and other menu items according to Harlem Shake recipes and quality standards.
