Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards., • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, ensuring readiness for service., • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines., • Follow proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction., • Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service., • Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or needs to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef., • Participate in daily prep work and assist with inventory control., • Uphold Main Street Hospitality’s commitment to excellence in every dish served., • Perform any additional relevant tasks requested by management. Education & Experience: • Previous experience as a Line Cook preferred; culinary school training a plus., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality., • Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment., • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude., • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure., • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a productive pace without sacrificing quality., • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
