Qualifications: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining, boutique pastry shop, or luxury hotel setting. Strong background in creating fruit-shaped pastries and contemporary plated desserts. Excellent artistic and aesthetic sense with attention to detail. Formal pastry education or culinary training preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Duties Prepare and chop ingredients, including vegetables, meats, and herbs, according to recipes and specifications. Assist in the cooking process by preparing sauces, stocks, and other essential components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods.
