Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for a dependable and fast-paced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring every guest receives food that meets our standards for taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food service Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Team player with good communication skills
