As a Hair Stylist you will shampoo, blow-dry, cut, color, and style the customer's hair. You will be responsible for making the customer feel relaxed and pampered throughout the session. You must maintain extensive knowledge about current trends in haircuts and hair styling.

We are looking for a skilled Salon Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. You will also be expected to oversee financial transactions, and handle customer complaints. Duties & Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon. - Ensure that the salon is clean organized, and well-maintained. - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Manage the salon's inventory hair, wig units, supplies, and products. - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise. - Train new staff members as necessary and provide ongoing training and development. - Monitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting & bookkeeping. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services. - Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations. Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma - At least 2 years of Management Experience in the retail industry or prior salon management experience
