



We’re Hiring: Nighttime Pastry Cook
Amy’s Bread has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Nighttime Pastry Cook.
This position is 4 nights per week and requires weekend availability. The shift starts at 6:00 PM and ends at 2:00 AM.
As a Pastry Cook at Amy’s Bread, you will join a passionate and dedicated team focused on producing high-quality baked goods. Primary responsibilities include preparing and baking breakfast sweets for Amy’s Bread retail stores and wholesale accounts.
If you enjoy baking muffins, scones, croissants, danishes, sticky buns, and biscuits, this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and baking breakfast pastries and sweets
Following recipes accurately as written
Measuring, mixing, portioning, cutting, and baking products
Maintaining consistency, quality, and food safety standards
Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and production-ready
Working independently with limited supervision
The ideal candidate should have:
1–2 years of professional baking or kitchen experience, or culinary training preferred
Good hand skills and strong attention to detail
The ability to work alone with little supervision
A good command of English
The ability to follow directions and recipes accurately
A willingness to accept direction and constructive feedback
Weekend availability
