We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is proficient with computers, can handle emails professionally, and has experience preparing and sending invoices.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner


Create, send, and follow up on invoices


Perform general computer-based tasks and data entry


Organize and maintain digital and physical files


Assist with office communications and scheduling


Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:


At least 3 years of office or administrative experience


Strong computer skills (email, basic office software, typing)


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask


Reliable and able to work independently


Professional and friendly demeanor
