Remote Office Assistant (with Commission Pay)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently. In addition to an hourly base or stipend, you will have the opportunity to earn commission bonuses based on performance and successful business support outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, calls, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain client and business databases
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Assist in client outreach and follow-up (commission earned on successful leads or deals)
• Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
• Support project management and daily operations
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, office assistant, or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Sales or customer support experience is a plus (for commission opportunities)
