Job Description Lakeside Manor is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman Worker to join our team. Lakeside Manor is an Assisted Living Facility that houses up to 200 residents with 100 resident rooms plus common areas. Requirements: -Knowledge of electrical- Running new BX cable, connecting new wires to circuit breaker panels -Knowledge of plumbing- changing out sink and shower stem cartridges, reseating toilets, caulking -Knowledge of Sheetrock and plastering, as well as framing and light ceramic tile work when needed Qualifications -Must be neat and organized -Work fast and efficiently while managing your time -Be able to work on a team -Be able to prioritize work and projects -Be friendly and personable to be able to get into the residents' rooms to perform work
