Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all records and documentation.
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, and calendar management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical duties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.
