Summary The Operations Manager will lead end-to-end eCommerce and EDI operations for a high-growth beauty company, ensuring scalable infrastructure to meet evolving customer demand across DTC and marketplace channels. This role owns operational execution across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, EDI integrations, forecasting, and supply chain management. Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operational health of Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Seller Central platforms, • Monitor order flow, inventory sync, fulfillment performance, returns processing, and marketplace compliance, • Ensure operational readiness to support promotional launches, product drops, and seasonal volume spikes, • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all EDI transaction sets, including ,850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (Advance Ship Notices), 810 (Invoices) & 846 (Inventory Updates), • Proactively monitor system integrations between front-end platforms, OMS, 3PLs, vendors, and financial systems, • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies to maintain order accuracy and retailer compliance, • Lead monthly customer-level forecasting in partnership with Sales and Account teams, • Challenge assumptions and validate projections to minimize risk and improve accuracy, • Develop and implement forecasting tools that integrate with inventory planning and financial reporting systems, • Identify risks related to capacity, inventory constraints, or demand volatility, • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including 3PL oversight, inventory flow, inbound/outbound logistics, and warehouse optimization, • Serve as the primary logistics solutions lead from pre-sales planning through implementation and post-launch P&L review, • Evaluate operational capacity to ensure readiness for account growth and new channel expansion, • Optimize fulfillment performance, shipping costs, and service-level agreements, • Own vendor and marketplace relationships, aligning merchandising, content, and promotional calendars, • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vendor policies to ensure compliance and seamless customer experience, • Collaborate cross-functionally to support quarterly business reviews and growth initiatives, • Drive revenue retention and profitability by managing service delivery, staffing alignment, and expense control, • Develop and implement monthly reporting on product availability, operational KPIs, and category growth opportunities, • Conduct post-launch performance and profitability reviews to improve operational efficiency Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred, • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, • 3+ years supporting eCommerce, DTC, or consumer goods environments (beauty experience strongly preferred), • Hands-on experience managing EDI transaction sets and retailer compliance requirements, • Proven expertise in purchase order management, inventory control, and 3PL oversight, • Experience implementing overseas warehouse or fulfillment solutions preferred, • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, demand planning, and operational reporting, • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional accountability
