Central Plaza is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the team. The Virtual Assistant will assist with communication, scheduling, data entry, document management, customer support, and day-to-day administrative tasks while working remotely. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers and online communication tools, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintains a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Manage emails, messages, and routine correspondence., • Schedule appointments, meetings, and team activities., • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records., • Organize documents, files, spreadsheets, and other digital information., • Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely responses., • Track assigned tasks, orders, requests, and follow-ups., • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and spreadsheets., • Coordinate information between team members and management., • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks., • Conduct basic online research when requested., • Assist with administrative and operational projects., • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information., • Report issues, unusual requests, or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor., • Perform other reasonable administrative duties assigned by management. Decision-Making Authority The Remote Virtual Assistant is expected to handle routine administrative decisions within established company procedures. Matters involving financial approvals, policy exceptions, sensitive customer issues, significant operational changes, or other decisions outside established procedures should be referred to the supervisor or manager.
