- MUST be able to commute to Plainview office by 7am daily

We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team. While experience is welcome, it is not a prerequisite for consideration. The ideal candidate for this role should embody traits of cleanliness, reliability, honesty, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements for the position:
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for commuting to our location.
- This is a physically demanding role, necessitating a candidate who is physically fit, capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., adept at climbing ladders, comfortable entering crawl spaces.
- Willing to engage in hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control inspections and identify infestations
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies
- Apply pesticides and other treatments to eliminate pests
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and recommendations made
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Strong sales skills to promote pest control services
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for pest control applications
- Expertise in pest control methods and techniques (not required - but a PLUS)
- Ability to work independently and drive to different locations for service appointments
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
