Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead and manage the end-to-end AR function, with a strong focus on commission-related receivables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and mentor a team of AR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning., • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities., • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing AR Commission agents., • Conduct regular cross-training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge and skill development across the team., • Assist with accounts and reconciliations as needed to support team members and ensure balanced workloads., • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy., • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to optimize AR efficiency., • Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements., • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis., • Prepare and distribute monthly commission reports for management review., • Analyze commission trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field., • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Commissions, or a similar financial role., • Previous experience supervising or training a team preferred., • Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis)., • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills., • Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment., • Ability to leverage data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Compensation: The good faith compensation for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
