Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases independently, from initial filing to resolution, with the support of a dedicated paralegal., • Draft and file legal documents including motions, complaints, and demand letters., • Conduct discovery by preparing and responding to requests, ensuring thorough case preparation., • Meet with new and existing clients to discuss case details, provide updates, and offer legal advice., • Prepare for and represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials., • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases., • Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal standards., • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law to provide informed legal counsel.• Must be a licensed attorney with authorization to practice law., • At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation or personal injury law., • Proven ability to draft motions, complaints, and other legal documents., • Strong skills in discovery processes, including preparing and responding to requests., • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client meetings and courtroom representation., • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously., • Experience preparing for and conducting trials, mediations, and depositions., • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes.
