The Role This is a full-scope civil litigation role with real responsibility and real independence. You will represent plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation mattersranging from contract and business disputes to personal injury and complex claimsmanaging cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts You will serve as lead or key counsel on your matters, managing cases from initial demand through resolutionwhether by motion, settlement, or trialand through appeal when appropriate.
