Job Description SUMMARY: The Retail Mortgage Underwriter will underwrite residential mortgage loans in accordance with Secondary Market, Investor and Government (FHA/VA) and GSE underwriting guidelines. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
