If this sounds like you, apply now!Compensation: $51,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: β’ Create personal relationships with loan applicants - offer additional information and answer questions about home mortgage products, β’ Review options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicantβs financial status, β’ Collect financial information in order to prepare the loan file, assist applicants with loan applications, and assess applicantsβ financial situation and eligibility, β’ Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loan processors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loan transaction is successful, β’ Generate new business opportunities, get referrals, monitor sales pipeline, and meet sales expectationsQualifications:, β’ Knowledge of guidelines for loan programs and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is an asset, but not required, β’ Experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is desired, but not required, β’ Must be willing to complete training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license, β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree is desired, β’ Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills are neededAbout Company Mission Statement To be the organization of choice for learning based entrepreneurs committed to adding value to the lives of the people we serve.
