Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HRIS Administrator who will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for system configuration, maintenance, data integrity, reporting, and end-user support. The HRIS Administrator partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure efficient and accurate HR processes and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for the HRIS system, including configuration, security, and data transfers., • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated HRIS modules (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning)., • Maintain data integrity through audits and troubleshooting; resolve system and integration issues., • Configure and maintain business structures, user access, pay rules, scheduling, and absence management., • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, queries, and ad hoc reports for HR metrics, payroll, and compliance., • Test and implement system updates, new releases, and enhancements., • Train HR and payroll staff on system functionality and provide ongoing user support., • Collaborate with IT and vendors on system integrations and technical projects., • Document processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy., • Participate in HRIS-related projects, including new product implementations and process optimization.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field., • Minimum 5–6 years of HRIS administration experience; UKG experience preferred., • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite., • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance standards., • Ability to analyze data and create reports using advanced Excel functions and BI tools., • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • HybridEmployment Type:, • Contract/TemporaryAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
