Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations for clients
Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance plans to ensure long-term results
Qualifications
Previous experience or familiarity with pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable
Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to pest management tasks
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely
Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail when inspecting properties and identifying pests
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally to clients
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest control and client management
