Element Brooklyn is looking for someone to join us part time in our Tempe fulfillment center as an Warehouse & Inventory Assistant.
Our company brings a new approach to affordable, eco-friendly luxury. We sell soap, cream and candle refills and are rapidly expanding.
Your main task will be to help with order fulfillment – picking, packing, and labeling orders. You'll also help out with inventory management.
This is a part-time position that pays a $20 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus based on orders fulfilled. You'll be expected to work at least 3 days a week for at least 4 hours on each day, but there is some flexibility around days and timing – we can discuss this with you more at interview.
For someone interested in e-commerce, operations, or logistics, there is the opportunity for promotion to other roles in the future (many members of the team that we've hired into this role have joined us full time and are now involved in other areas of the business).
We're a small and fun team and pride ourselves on a pleasant, supportive work environment.
