Job Description Position: General Manager - Bakery Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 base salary Schedule: Full-time | Weekend availability required Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, commuter benefits, and lifestyle perks Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a high-performing, quality-focused bakery concept. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and delivering a warm, consistent guest experience. This position serves as a hands-on leader, maintaining an active presence on the floor while building and developing a strong team. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational discipline, people leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality within a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
