Job Description We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Assistant to support the CEO’s personal brand and company brands under Primior — a real estate investment and asset management platform managing billions in assets. You’ll help execute social media content, manage DMs, assist with appointment setting, and support day-to-day marketing workflows. This role works directly with the CEO and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in social media, branding, and sales support. About Primior Primior is a vertically integrated real estate investment platform focused on development, asset management, and innovative investment structures. The company manages $2B+ in assets, operates multiple real estate businesses, and is actively building both company brands and the CEO’s personal brand across social platforms. What You’ll Work On • Social media execution for:, • CEO’s personal brand, • Primior and related company brands, • Platforms primarily include:, • LinkedIn, • X (Twitter), • YouTube, • Plus reposting / coordination on other platforms (Instagram, etc.) Key Responsibilities • Assist with posting and managing social media content for:, • CEO’s personal brand, • Primior and related company brands, • Write and edit short-form copy (posts, captions, DMs), • Engage with the community by:, • Replying to comments and messages, • Commenting on relevant posts to build visibility and relationships, • Helping foster a thoughtful, professional community, • Manage inbound and outbound DMs for engagement and appointment setting, • Support influencer management and outreach, including:, • Identifying relevant creators and accounts, • Sending outreach messages and coordinating responses, • Tracking conversations, collaborations, and follow-ups, • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups generated from social platforms, • Help organize content calendars, leads, and marketing workflows, • Support general marketing and sales-related admin tasks Requirements • Strong written communication skills, • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, • Comfortable using LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, • Willing to learn, take feedback, and execute consistently, • Must be local and able to work in-office every day (Irvine) Nice to Have (Not Required) • Social media management experience, • Copywriting experience, • Appointment setting or DM outreach experience, • Influencer outreach or partnership coordination experience, • Background or interest in investing (real estate, stocks, crypto, or finance), • Familiarity with basic CRM or tracking tools Experience is a plus, not required. Training provided. Execution and attitude matter most.
