The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor to support procurement operations and coordinate orders between suppliers and construction sites. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery, accurate order tracking, and smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple orders simultaneously. What You Will Do Order Coordination & Delivery Control Coordinate orders between suppliers and construction sites Ensure timely delivery and payment processing Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays Maintain high OTIF performance (97%+) Cross-Functional Communication Communicate with site managers, suppliers, procurement, and accounting teams Provide status updates on open Purchase Orders (POs) Escalate risks or delivery issues when necessary Procurement & Administrative Support Assist with preparation of purchase orders Support procurement and accounting departments with documentation Ensure complete and accurate order tracking records Data & Database Management Maintain and update order database Ensure all POs older than 2 days have fully completed order tracking cards Maintain at least 80% completeness of supplier contact data in the database Performance Expectations (KPIs) Fully completed order tracking cards for all POs older than 2 days 97%+ OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery performance 80%+ completeness of supplier contact data in database What We Are Looking For Conversational English required Experience maintaining databases is a plus Experience in procurement or construction is a plus Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple active orders simultaneously High attention to detail and accountability What We Offer Starting salary: $55,000 $60,000 after 90-day probation period Health insurance PTO and paid holidays Office located in Wall Street Opportunity to grow within procurement and construction operations Exposure to large-scale industrial projects

The Construction Inspector will be responsible for performing full-time field inspection services on an active construction project. The Inspector will ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes, while supporting field coordination, documentation, safety enforcement, and quality control. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timeframes and cost objectives. In this senior-level position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with the most typical scopes of work including Window Walls, Curtain Walls, Punched Windows, Storefronts, Point Supported Walls, Metal Panels, Railings, Louvers, and more. While working under the guidance of upper management, you will have the autonomy to handle daily tasks. From design to completion, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the projects, overseeing and guiding their progress. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the shop drawing and submittal process by working with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Fabricators to ensure a solid foundation for the project. The process includes attending various design meetings., • Obtain up-to-date structural drawings from the General Contractor and relevant interface drawings prepared by other trades for site use., • Establish Schedules of Values for projects, and subsequently assist with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties., • Create project schedules based on clients’ needs, factual durations, and lead times., • Coordinate the release of materials for fabrication in a manner that coordinates with the project schedule., • Provide details and sketches to the project design manager of any conditions that do not comply with approved drawings including structural drawings and those of other trades that interface with the curtain wall., • Coordinate deliveries to job sites. This includes verifying hoist access with the site, ensuring BCG field personnel are notified and in place, and confirming vendor and trucking., • Perform routine site visits in order to 1) ensure work is being performed per approved details 2)check in with clients to ensure their needs are met 3)review open items with US Facade Inc. Site Supervisor 4)maintain daily contact with US Facade Inc. Field Personnel to ensure they have everything they need on-site to perform work in a thorough and efficient manner Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Master degree would be a plus., • Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Project, with an aptitude to learn any required software., • General knowledge of the construction industry and its standard practices is preferred., • Knowledge of the facade industry would be a plus., • Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal., • Project Management: 6 years (Required), • Construction Industry: 3 years (Required), • AutoCAD: 3 years (Required), • Language: English (Required), Chinese Mandarin (Required)
