Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly multitasker to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to health careproviders in a fast-paced medical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in, booking appointments, answering phones, verifying patient eligibility
- Entering data into EMR system- updating and adding new patients.
- Calling insurance companies for precert/authorization.
- Obtaining and recording patient medical histories
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
- Maintain clean treatment rooms
- Sterilize equipment
Skills: - Basic computer skills and ability to learn EMR system

- Expected hours: 15-16 hours/week
Two shifts available (may work either or both) as follows:
AM: Mon, 7:30am-1:30pm,Tues, 7:30am-12:30pm,Thur,7:30am-12:30pm, plus 1 Saturday/month
PM: Tues,12:30pm-5pm, wed 1pm-7pm, Thur, 12:30 pm-5pm, plus 1 Saturday/month
- Experience: Medical Reception a plus. Candidate must have customer service experience.
