We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager / Store Manager to join our team!


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team.
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Train and evaluate employees.
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Restaurant Management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive sales performance.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
