Bean Guide, you'll be the heartbeat of our brand-new Flagship store, delivering world-class service with a smile. Your role will be ever-changing and exciting, working in multiple areas, and adapting to the needs of the day while showcasing your product knowledge, processing skills and/or service expertise. Flagship Store Front of House Positions (sales floor, registers): • Use PCs, Point Of Sale, answering outside phone calls, and mobile devices to provide seamless, fast omni-channel service., • Actively approach and assist multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service interactions., • Drive excitement around L.L.Bean sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery Program and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program., • Ensure a well-organized store, uphold visual and merchandising standards, and support store operations processes. Hunting & Archery Department: • Knowledge, experience, and passion for various hunting pursuits (upland, waterfowl, big game, small game, etc)., • Familiarity with sporting firearms., • Experience in archery preferred., • Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $16.10 - $20.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
