Customer Service and Sales Representative, preferably bilingual (English/Spanish).
We are looking for someone with communication skills, proactivity, and sales experience to help us strengthen our relationships with our customers and drive brand growth. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media messages, providing customer support for our products and services using KYLETUNEDIT, and mastering digital tools such as Canva, social media management, and other platforms. Additionally, your ability to create and manage email communications and advertising campaigns will be key.
Automotive experience is preferred, but we will provide training if necessary. Experience in the European automotive aftermarket is a plus.
Salary is based on experience, 16 to 25 hours.
