Sales Associate

We are looking for a salesperson to join our team. We provide screen printing and embroidery services on apparel and promotional merchandise. We are a Production House and produce all of our services in-house. Job would be to reach out to businesses, schools, brands, sports teams, and other organizations looking for screen printed or embroidered attire, uniforms, work shirts, event merchandise or promotional apparel to provide our services. Candidate has to be profecient in generating leads, acquiring graphics from client needed for jobs, and submitting orders for production. Ideal candidate should have good people skills, be a clear communicator, and have experience in sales. Duties: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in print production - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers - Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and discounts - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proven track record of successful sales management or outside sales experience If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
