Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Total Wireless, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers select the right wireless products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Your enthusiasm, sales skills, and dedication will contribute to the success of the store and the overall brand.
Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, identify their needs, and provide personalized assistance to find the best wireless solutions.
Product Knowledge & Demonstration:Stay informed about the latest devices, accessories, plans, and promotions. Demonstrate product features and benefits to educate customers and facilitate purchase decisions.
Sales & Upselling:Actively promote and sell Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty services using POS systems.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Restock merchandise as needed and ensure products are properly displayed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals, support training efforts, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Promotions & Events: Support and participate in promotional activities, in-store events, and community outreach efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Compliance & Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant store environment.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and technology
  • Proven sales or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
