As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop new business and nurture existing accounts. You will be the face of our company, connecting with retail garden centers, florists, interior designers, and corporate clients to showcase our diverse product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the perfect succulent varieties for their business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Represent the company at trade shows, garden shows, and other industry events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product inventory, pricing, and horticultural best practices.
Qualifications & Skills: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- A passion for, or strong interest in, plants and horticulture (succulent knowledge is a huge plus!).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and listen to client needs.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
