Your responsibilities will encompass: • Managing all incoming client communications, including phone calls and general inquiries, to provide timely and helpful assistance., • Performing accurate data entry and diligently maintaining client profiles within our dedicated system., • Conducting thorough inspections of bridal gowns prior to cleaning, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and preparing them for service., • Coordinating effectively with clients regarding their orders, providing updates on progress, and efficiently processing payments., • Executing daily routine tasks, which include essential sewing and minor alteration work to meet client needs and maintain service quality.
