Position: • Part-Time or Full-Time Barista • Starting at Minimum Wage (with potential for growth based on experience) • Latte art skills are a plus! Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with speed and accuracy. • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and appreciated. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines. • Assist in café operations, including stocking, cleaning, and restocking supplies. • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. • Showcase and/or learn latte art techniques to elevate customer experience. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required. • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about Greek-inspired cuisine and beverages. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. • Must be at least 18 years old. The ideal candidate will have a love for service and entertaining. knows how to serve requests for different hot and cold drinks at our coffee bar, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. No payments will be taken from our clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area and equipment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations in food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
