Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities Qualifications: Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred High School diploma/GED Previous experience working with seniors preferred Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers Superior customer service skills Ability to handle multiple priorities Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities Include: · Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify any potential fire hazards, such as faulty wiring, flammable materials, or blocked emergency exits. · Keeping a close watch on high-risk areas, especially where hot work (like welding) is being performed or where there are combustible materials. · Maintaining detailed logs of patrols and inspections, noting any hazards found and actions taken to mitigate them Fire Extinguishers: Checking that fire extinguishers are properly charged and accessible. Sprinkler Systems: Verifying that sprinkler systems are functional and not obstructed. Alarm Systems: Ensuring that fire alarm systems are operational and that any malfunctions are reported and addressed immediately. Certification in locksmithing or relevant preferred. 1 year experience locksmithing Position: Inventory and Purchasing Specialist Pay: $60-75,000 a year based on experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or procurement.
