RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop survey methodologies and instruments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define survey objectives and requirements.
Manage survey teams and oversee data collection activities.
Ensure all survey activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols.
Analyze survey data and present findings to senior management.
Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Train and mentor junior staff.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate survey findings into strategic planning.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of survey projects.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with survey projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey methodologies and best practices.
Use survey software and statistical analysis tools proficiently.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Ensure data security and confidentiality.
Provide technical support and guidance to survey teams.
Continuously improve survey processes and methodologies.
Coordinate with client representatives primarily on job sites
Identify hazardous situations and apply safety procedures and company standards.
Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
