Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient team performance, guest service standards, and adherence to food quality and safety guidelines.
- Guide team members to perform tasks efficiently and follow company standards.
- Ensure the team provides delicious and safe food every day.
- Provide excellent guest service, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory during shifts to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste.
- Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are prepared for their roles.
- Manage operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience leading a team in a fast-casual environment.
- New York/ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for guest service and team development.
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules based on business needs.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
