We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen operations and bring creativity to our menu. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, highly organized, and confident in managing both people and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, • Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain relationships with suppliers, • Create staff schedules and ensure proper kitchen coverage at all times, • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment, • Develop and introduce new menu ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, • Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Leader, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Ability to manage ordering, inventory, and scheduling efficiently, • Creative mindset with a passion for menu development
