Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining our restaurant's excellent reputation for taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to perfection. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment., • Manage and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment., • Develop new sushi creations and menus., • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff., • Train and mentor junior staff., • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations., • Provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience as a sushi chef. • Formal training in sushi preparation (or equivalent experience)., • In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques., • Strong knife skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Food safety certification. Preferred Qualifications: 1.
