  • Consult with customers to understand their alteration requests and provide professional recommendations for best fit and style adjustments
  • Use sewing machines and hand sewing techniques to execute alterations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload during busy periods and ensure timely completion of all alterations
  • Keep detailed records of each alteration order, including measurements, adjustments made, and customer specifications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
