Role Description
This is a part-time, full-time, or contract hybrid role for a Therapist based in Bay Shore, NY, with work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual therapy sessions
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Conducting initial assessments
- Maintaining accurate client records
Qualifications
- Current license to practice therapy in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience in individual and group therapy
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience with teletherapy or virtual therapy platforms (preferred)
