Job Description Account Resolution Specialist with Collections Location - North of Mira Mesa and South of Rancho Bernardo Hours - Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30/8-4:30am TBD Could vary Compensation - $23.00- English Speaking -$24 - $25.00/Hr- Pay Differential if Bilingual Spanish or French Position Summary Responsible for managing customer invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, and executing collection efforts to ensure timely payment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and supporting accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities Include: • Accounts Receivable and Collections, • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, • Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) to accounts, • Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation, • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accounts, • Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding overdue balances, • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts professionally, • Maintain detailed collection notes and follow-up schedules Requirements Include: • 1+ Yrs+ - Collection / AR experience, • High School diploma or equivalent, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • ERP System Experience - Preferred., • Strong computer skills – Must have Excel & Outlook knowledge Compensation: $23.00- English Speaking $24 - $25.00/Hr- Pay Differential if Bilingual Spanish or French As a Sedona Staffing contracted employee you are eligible for the following benefits: • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Short-term Disability Insurance, • Life and AD&D insurance If qualified and interested, please email resume or call our San Diego office.
