Job Description Descriptions * Deliver bedside nursing: gentle restraint, vital checks, meds/injections, venipuncture and IV catheters, fluid setup, and clean, accurate charting. * Run diagnostics: obtain diagnostic-quality radiographs, collect and process samples, operate in-house analyzers, and assist with ECG/ultrasound workflows. * Anesthesia & surgery: prep patients and packs, induce and monitor anesthesia, maintain sterility, manage recovery, and note equipment issues. * ER/ICU & wards (if used): triage arrivals, monitor hospitalized patients and lines/tubes, respond during emergencies/CPR, and coordinate handoffs. * Client & hospital support: teach home-care/discharge plans, communicate clearly with clients and DVMs, and help with stocking, cleaning, and accurate charges.
