POSTION:                                            BARBACK FLSA DESIGNATION:                     NON-EXEMPT    

The Barback is responsible for ensuring that the bar is set and maintained so that the bar staff is equipped to run an effective operation.

We are looking for an observant, efficient Barback who can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service. To be a successful Barback, you should be passionate about working as part of a team to deliver excellent drinks and service to customers.

Barbacks will be responsible for preparing and supporting the needs of the bar. The barback should ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service, including all the necessary perishables and equipment.
