This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, and employees may also receive tips, overtime pay, holiday pay, and shift differential pay for early morning or holiday shifts. Baristas are responsible for preparing drinks to company standards, operating espresso machines, handling cash and card transactions, cleaning equipment, stocking cups and ingredients, assisting with drive-thru orders where applicable, and maintaining store cleanliness. Employees must work as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately.
