Your day-to-day includes: • Inspections: Evaluating maintenance issues and diagnosing the right repair solutions., • Estimating: Providing detailed material pricing and labor hour estimates., • Reporting: Using your smartphone to upload photos, notes, and documentation., • Technical Repairs: Tasks are assigned based on your specific skills and certifications:, • Handyman: Drywall, doors, locks, trim, and minor carpentry., • Plumbing: Leaks, clogs, toilets, sinks, and faucets., • Electrical/HVAC: Specialized repairs and maintenance (for certified pros)., • If you have a different skillset(s)/certification(s)/tools please feel free to reach out to us! ✅ What We’re Looking For We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running. • Credentials: Valid certification(s) in your trade (Handyman, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Relevant to your area of expertise)., • Gear: You must own your own tools and a smartphone for updates., • Independence: Ability to work without supervision and meet deadlines., • Communication: Consistent contact with our vendor management team., • Experience: Previous work with property management companies is a huge plus!, • Versatility: Multi-skilled technicians are highly encouraged to apply as well as those who are in apprentice period. 👋 Ready to build something great with us?
