A warn and happy family with nice living environment seeks a full time experienced and energetic Home Daycare Helper to take care a handicap/neuro symptoms teenage boy. You will be responsible for encouraging his intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping his learning and reach his potential, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
• Initiate games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Follow a daily and weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Help to evaluate child to ensure he is reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on his activities
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a daycare teaching aide or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
