Our Large Sports Entertainment client is looking to hire a Music Coordinator for a ONE YEAR W2 contract. This role is HYBRID (4/1) in SECAUCUS, NJ $$: $25-32/hr. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and music-savvy Music Coordinator to support live game productions and original content for a leading sports entertainment brand. This role sits at the intersection of music operations, broadcast production, and rights management, ensuring that music used across live events and programming is delivered accurately, cleared properly, and tracked end-to-end. You’ll partner closely with production, broadcast operations, and content teams to manage a centralized music library, support live game needs, and handle cue sheet reporting to Performance Rights Organizations (PROs). This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who understands how music functions within a live broadcast environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver and manage the organization’s centralized music library for live game productions and special projects, • Partner with Coordinating Producers, Supervising Producers, and Broadcast Operations to support regional and national live game broadcasts, • Ensure all production teams have access to music assets and receive training on the cloud-based music platform, • Maintain music assets for on-site production teams, working directly with producers and associate producers, • Collect, track, and submit music cue sheets, collaborating with internal content operations teams to quality-check accuracy against third-party reporting, • Support the end-to-end music clearance workflow for commercial and popular music used across curated content, original programming, and tentpole events, • Track and report music budgets at the direction of Music Business Operations leadership, • Recommend and create music playlists for game themes, special initiatives, and branded moments, • Support onboarding and ongoing training of production crews on music library access and usage Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a creative and/or music-related role within media, sports, broadcast, or the music industry, • Broad knowledge of music genres and how music is used to enhance live and produced content, • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, • Working understanding of music workflows in a broadcast or live production environment, • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, based on live event schedules Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
