United Cleaners is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience performing clothing alterations, repairs, and fittings while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Perform alterations, repairs, and custom fittings on a variety of garments, including suits, dresses, pants, shirts, and formal wear., • Measure customers and recommend the best alterations to achieve the desired fit., • Operate industrial sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently., • Repair zippers, hems, seams, buttons, and other garment components., • Inspect garments for quality before returning them to customers., • Communicate with customers to understand their alteration needs and provide excellent service., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area., • Work collaboratively with the dry cleaning team to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Qualifications: • Previous tailoring or alterations experience required., • Strong sewing, fitting, and garment construction skills., • Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment., • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality., • Strong communication and customer service skills.
